50 Cent – “The Funeral“
Yesterday it was announced that 50 Cent parted ways wiht Interscope Records so the veteran G-Unit rapstar wastes no time in releasing new music.
His album has been on hold for a minute now since he was obviously in dispute with his label.
Today CelebNMusic247.com got word that he dropped “The Funeral,” which acts as a part two to “50 Bars,” a song that was featured on his 2002 compilation Guess Who’s Back? The Funeral,” which you can watch above, was premiered by business magazineForbes, where 50 divulges some of the details of his indie plans.
In the piece, 50 addresses his relationship with Eminem and Dr. Dre after making his decision:
Fiddy explains:
“I’m a special case and situation.”
“It’s also because of the leverage of having the strong relationships with Eminem and Dr. Dre. They don’t want to me to be uncomfortable. They value our friendship to the point that they would never want [to jeopardize] it over that little bit of money.”
